Prior to the Consultation Selected
- Select the “Fitness Assessment Form” menu once logged in and complete the form per the steps provided.
- Upload this form in the “Order” section of your “My Account” menu.
- Please ensure to complete this PRIOR to your first live session with your personal trainer.
Book two 15 minute sessions in the calendar above within the 4-weeks with your selected personal trainer, so they can design your workout plan. This time will be used to:
- Obtain further information that the personal trainers require to design your plan.
- Requirements that you have for the plan.
- Adapt/adjust your plan based on the feedback that you provide.
- Additional questions or comments that you may have.
