Custom Plan: Personal Trainer Consultations and 4-Week Custom Workout Plan



This monthly package includes the following items:

  1. Two 15-minute video calls with the selected personal trainer to discuss your plan and any questions you may have (One call at the beginning and an update call two weeks into the plan).
  2. A downloadable PDF four-week workout plan based on your goals and circumstances. This is split into 2 weeks after the first consultation, then the remaining 2-week plan delivered after the 2nd consultation.

Use the calendar below to book TWO 15-minute consultations with the selected personal trainer. Once you’ve added both appointments to your cart, the cart price will reflect amount above.

Plan Details

  1. The structured workout plan is in the form of a PDF document and includes the following:

    • Exercise description
    • Reps, sets and time per exercise
    • Links to exercise video examples
    • Check box to mark the exercises completed

Prior to the Consultation Selected

  1. Select the “Fitness Assessment Form” menu once logged in and complete the form per the steps provided.
  2. Upload this form in the “Order” section of your “My Account” menu.
  3. Please ensure to complete this PRIOR to your first live session with your personal trainer.


Book two 15 minute sessions in the calendar above within the 4-weeks with your selected personal trainer, so they can design your workout plan. This time will be used to:

  • Obtain further information that the personal trainers require to design your plan.
  • Requirements that you have for the plan.
  • Adapt/adjust your plan based on the feedback that you provide.
  • Additional questions or comments that you may have.
