Thank you for shopping at Viken Fit (Pty) Ltd, doing business as Viken Fit (“Viken Fit”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.


The provision of goods and services by Viken Fit is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Viken Fit will work to reschedule. If that’s not possible, we will refund the customer in full within 30 days. 


We have a 7-day refund policy for the initial purchase with a respective fitness professional. This means you have 7 days after receiving your first custom plan or product from the fitness professional to request a refund. We allow for refunds in cases where the product received is incomplete, is defective or is the wrong product.  

In these cases, we will provide you a refund and deduct the costs of any services already rendered by the fitness professional as well as transaction fees incurred to refund the amount. This means that if you purchase a product that is a custom plan, you will receive your refund less the cost of any live sessions that you have already had with your  fitness professional, less time spent by the fitness professional to design and deliver the plan or services rendered and less the transaction fees incurred to process the refund.


Products and Services with Fitness Professionals

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an order is prior to having your live session with your fitness professional and prior to the receipt of your plan.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by emailing us at support@vikenfit.com.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which you requested he refund. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and may deduct any transaction fees incurred in order to process the refund.

Other Products

You may cancel your subscription any time before the renewal date. The cancellation will come into effect at the end of your current billing cycle. All features included will be available to you until the end of your current paid subscription period.


Due to the custom nature of the plans and products provided, we  do not allow for exchanges unfortunately.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The products were purchased in the last 7 days

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom products that  are made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
  • The supply of products which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • Products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any items that do not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
